1. DUE TO RTA REGULATIONS, all material MUST BE LEVEL with the top of the bin, as indicated on the side of the bins.
- Overloaded bins will be charged a $50 levelling fee.

2. We will NOT carry Unsafe Loads.
- OzSkipbins reserves the right to leave behind the overloaded portion of the load.

3. If you wish to extend or cancel your booking, you must notify our office 24 hours before your booking. Extra charges may be incurred. Subject to availability.

4. Please DO NOT move the skip bin. All skip bins are placed in a safe and accessible area by our drivers.
- If you require the skip bin to be moved, please contact us.

5. MINIMUM HIRE GUARANTEES 2 FULL DAYS (3 nights)
- WEEKLY HIRE GUARANTEES 6 FULL DAYS (7 nights)

6. All skip bin deliveries and collections will take place between 8:00am – 4:00pm on the scheduled booking day.
a. Please ensure clear access for our driver to place the skip bin on your property.
b. An estimated time of arrival will be provided to you on the day of your scheduled booking, via text or email.
c. Drivers standby time will be charged after 15 minutes at $30.00 per 15 minutes.
d. A call out fee of $60.00 will be charged if we are unable to deliver or collect a skip.

7. Mixed LIGHT weight allowance from 100kg per cubic metre.
- Mixed HEAVY weight allowance from 200kg per cubic metre.
- Unless otherwise stated in your confirmation email.

8. Construction waste is classified as heavy waste, unless previously discussed.
- Green waste must be no longer than 2m in length and no larger than 20cm in diameter.

9. What you CAN NOT put in the skip bin
- Perishable waste – Including but not limited to, Nappies, Food and Drink, etc.
- Liquid or Hazardous waste (we must meet EPA Requirements). Including but not limited to, Asbestos, Paint, Chemicals, Oils, Sharps, etc.

10. If any of these items are found in your skip, there will be added disposal/cleaning fees.
- Items that will be charged as extras (Please let us know on booking):
a. Tyres – Car tyres $15, 4WD tyre $25, Truck tyre $35 (subject to change without notice)
b. Mattresses & Inner Spring Bed Base - $55.00 each (subject to change without notice)
